Do I need a Court Admissible or Non Court–Admissible DNA Test?
Court-Admissible DNA tests follow a strict Chain of Custody process, meaning the DNA sample is collected, handled, and documented according to legal standards, making it valid for court proceedings.

Non Court-Admissible DNA tests are for personal knowledge only and do not meet legal documentation requirements.

Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Testing (NIPP)Court Admissible

Court-admissible DNA test. Includes Chain of Custody and test results. Also included: DNA sample collection for the expecting mother and alleged father of the unborn child.

Legal Paternity Test (Court-Admissible)

Court-admissible DNA test. Includes Chain of Custody and test results. Also included: DNA sample collection for one alleged father and one child.

Peace of Mind Paternity Test (Non-Court Admissible)

Non-court admissible DNA Paternity test. Test includes DNA sample collection for one alleged father and one child.

Home Kit DNA Paternity Test

Non-court admissible Home Kit DNA test. Includes DNA sample collection for one alleged father and one child. Step-by-step instructions included.

Postmortem DNA PaternityTesting (Discreet Test- Hair or Nails)

Court-admissible DNA testing service for paternity or relationship verification after an individual’s passing.This discreet test uses hair or nail samples and can be coordinated with funeral homes as needed.

Relationship Testing (Grandparentage, Siblingship, Avuncular)

Non Court-Admissible DNA test to confirm familial relationships such as grandparentage, siblingship, or avuncular connections.

Peekaboo Early Gender DNA Testing (Non Court-Admissible)

Non-court admissible DNA test. Determine the unborn child's gender as early as 7 weeks into pregnancy.

Additional Fees

Additional Participant Fee - DNA Testing

Applies to tests where more than one child, parent, or other relatives are included.

After-Hours Collection Fee

Applies for sample collections scheduled outside of normal business hours.

Additional Facility Collection Fee

For cases where samples need to be collected at two or more different locations.

Mobile Collection Fee (for 2+ facilities)

For sample collection at a client’s preferred location instead of the office.

Court Testimony Fee
